Fantastic Four and Spiderman are set to come back for another crack at their storyline and we've gathered some pictures of the villians! It's official. 1991 Me just saw these pics below and pitched a major tent. Below, courtesy of our Irish scooper friend "Batfag" (who apparently has some serious DC bias), comes production art for three upcoming villians from Marvel films. Dr. Doom from FANTASTIC FOUR: THE RISE OF THE SILVER SURFER and Venom and Green Goblin II from SPIDER-MAN 3. No matter how each of these movies turn out, this has to appeal to all the former and current fanboys out there on some level. I look at these pictures and I think how lucky we are to even have movies that feature Dr. Doom, Venom and Green Goblin. I especially like what they've done with Dr. Doom. Venom looks pretty bad-ass too but I'm more curious to see what they do with him in motion; how he moves, talks, etc. Green Goblin II, as I'll call him, is...different but understandable given the circumstances. It's a homemade costume Harry made so it shouldn't look professional. Enjoy the pics below and strike back with your thoughts!

Jessica Simpson says she made that decision to divorce husband Nick Lachey after watching the movie "The Notebook" on a plane ride home to Texas. "The Notebook", apparently, tells the story of, "Ryan Gosling and Rachel McAdams as star-crossed lovers". Jessica says:

"I just figured out the statement. It was about that moment of desperation. I needed to breathe."

The world would be so much more fun if I were like Jessica Simpson and thought all TV and movies were speaking directly to me and offering advice. The real world is filled with stories about Canada refusing trade pacts, where as Jessica's world is filled with dancing peanuts in top hats. Real world = stem cell controversy. Jessica's world = big dogs who solve mysteries. Weeee!!!!

(why is she dressed like this and doing that thing with her mouth? easy. she's dumb. ta-da!)

02.06.2007 PARIS NEEDS TO APOLOGIZE

GLAAD (the Gay & Lesbian Alliance Against Defamation) is now demanding that Paris Hilton apologize to the gay and African American communities for her use of racist and homophobic language in a video that was seen online last week. The video shows Paris and Nicky Hilton calling a man a "fag" and Paris refers to herself by saying, "We're like two niggers." Later Paris calls someone a, "Nigger hoodlum, broke poor bitch from, like, Compton." GLAAD President Neil G Giuliano says:

"These are not frivolous words, and to use them as if they are gives tacit sanction to the racism and homophobia they engender. Hilton has an obligation to go on the record, explain herself, and publicly apologize to the LGBT and African American communities and all those offended by these slurs."

Does anyone think for an instant that if Paris Hilton does apologize, she’ll actually mean it and be sorry. In Hilton's defense, minorities are pretty scary. That's why I don't think it was such a big deal when that black guy in the bank walked up to me with his hand out and I hid behind my girlfriend, eventually pushing her into him and saying "don't hurt me, take her instead" before I ran away. Turns out he was the loan officer we had an appointment with, but what am I, psychic?

Scarlett Johansson won a one-year lease on a $2.2 million condo on South Beach in Miami as part of a Super Bowl contest after she drew a key that unlocked a specially designed "glass" house featuring a replica of the condo. Other celebs who tried to win the lease were Kevin Federline, Robert Downey Jr., Ashanti, Arizona Cardinals quarterback Matt Leinart, Terry Crews from "Everybody Hates Chris," ANTM winner Cari Dee, Stacy Keibler, Adam Rodriguez from “CSI: Miami,” and Joey Fatone of N-Sync. Business Wire says:

The three-bedroom, three bath condo has recently undergone a complete renovation and features a stunning contemporary design with a mix of sleek cabinetry and countertops, stylish kitchen and bath fixtures, exotic wood floors and natural stone surfaces.

Wow. She's not exactly Robin Hood, is she. Fighting for the downtrodden and avenging the wronged. Not like me. I'm a good person and a big winner, that's why I used my salsa dancing to win the big contest and earn enough prize money to save the rec center from that greedy developer. WE DID IT!

The developer behind Nicky Hilton's planned South Beach hotel said Friday he is considering pulling his money off the table because of Nicky’s participation in the home video where she and sister Paris laugh and joke after making racist remarks (download HERE). Hotel developer Robert Falor said:

'I'm very concerned about it. I'm shocked actually that she would participate in something like that … There's been some negative press on Nicky about the clothing line and the handbag line recently, now there's this issue. We're evaluating -- and want to make the decision quickly -- whether this is something we want to be a part of.''

I would literally squeal with delight if, for once, these whores had to suffer the consequences of their actions. I really don't think that's so much to ask. It's just not right that someone can slander blacks and Jewish people and get away with it. It's okay to make fun of gays though. And foreigners. The preacher at my church says God only makes the people he hates gay, and that you can't get into heaven if you don't speak English. -----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

PATRICK DEMPSEY HAS TWINS - Patrick Dempsey and his wife Jillian Dempsey are the proud new parents of twin baby boys. The boys were born yesterday in Los Angeles with no complications. Their names are Sullivan Patrick and Darby Galen. Aww how precious. No, not really. Seriously, what are the odds boys named Sullivan and Darby will be able to throw a football without looking like total queers. "Eeehhhhh…" That was my impression of Darby Galen throwing a football.

JOHNNY KNOXVILLE IS SINGLE - Johnny Knoxville and his wife Melanie are getting divorced. They have been married for 11 years and have one daughter, 10 year old Madison. Back in April of 2005, the hot rumor was that Knoxville had an affair with Jessica Simpson during the filming of "the Dukes of Hazard". Which is pretty much why dudes like Knoxville come to Hollywood. He should be back in Tennessee wearin a coon skin cap and working as a security professional, but instead he's punchin obsession worthy kitty based on a career where he gets whacked in the nuts by a midget in a tiny cowboy outfit.

LINDSAY LOHAN IS JOBLESS - Reps for Lindsay Lohan claim that she has stepped away from a role in "A Woman of No Importance" because her plan is to finish her current project and then focus on her sobriety. Word around town however, is that the producers fired her because of her increasingly bratty behavior. Who's telling the truth? Who is lying? Could even the council of heaven sort through this one? I don't know, my friends. I simply don't know.

BLIND ITEMS ARE FUN - And finally, the best blind item of the past week, this one from the Daily Mirror UK: "Which American star's new relationship is a complete sham? The buxom babe has agreed - for a fee - to be seen out and about with her latest beau in a bid to quash persistent rumors about his sexuality." Sounds a lot like Mayer and Simpson, but if Mayer is gay, it's news to me. Gay guys don't normally dress like they got their clothes off a scarecrow. (jessica's outfit reminds me of a great line from Colin Quinn: "you look like a last-second gift from the Hong Kong airport gift shop.")
